ODM Service
Steps for creating a brand and producing cosmetics. In the case that the customer uses the company's standard formula ODM Service.
Customers select from the standard formula price list. Minimum order: 50,000 baht, 500 pieces per formula.
The customer selects the packaging
Confirm product selection, and send a quotation.
Send samples, product info, and assessment forms. Upon agreement, sign a contract to start commercial.
Payment terms: 50% deposit before production, another 50% before delivery.
Preparation includes logo and packaging design, followed by material procurement.
Production begins with the first product delivery to the customer.
Upon readiness, 50% remaining payment is due upon delivery.
OEM Service

1. The formula development cost is 5,000 baht.
2. Minimum production order: 10 kilograms or more, with a minimum total amount of 100,000 baht per order.
3. In the case of development from the company’s standard formula, such as changing the color, smell, or extract, it takes 7-10 days to develop the formula.
4. In the case of developing a new formula or extracting the formula from customer samples, it takes 14-21 days to develop the formula.
5. Samples will be sent to customers along with product information documents and satisfaction assessment forms.
6. Customers fill out a satisfaction assessment form, which is then sent to the sales staff to proceed with further actions.
7. If the customer wants to improve the product, it will be sent to the product development department to develop a new formula.
8. Customers are allowed to improve the formula up to 3 times without any additional charge, except in cases where there is a change in the type of product.
03. Once the customer confirms the formula, the Product Development Department conducts product stability testing, which typically takes approximately 45 to 90 days.
04. After the customer confirms the formula, submitting a notification request to the FDA takes approximately 7-14 days.
05. Other details remain the same as in the case of using the company's standard formula according to items 4 - 10.
